MobileOp4 is committed to supporting rural and urban communities, as well as city, county, state, and federal governments, with its rapidly deployable Mobile Integrated Medical Module for disaster preparedness and mass casualty incidents. Proudly manufactured in the USA, our modules are designed for rapid setup—requiring just two people and 15 minutes on a level surface. With customizable configurations for up to eight occupants, these versatile units can adapt to a variety of needs, including intake, triage, surgery, and dormitory space.

Our Journey

The idea for the MobileOp4 Module emerged in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, driven by the devastation to life and property. In response to a FEMA RFP for pre-deployed solutions suitable for high flood water situations, Ric Pearson designed a portable unit in 2019 that could be deployed anywhere within 15 minutes on a level surface, solving challenges related to cost, shipping, and accessibility. In 2022, Ric partnered with healthcare veteran Jeff Blankinship and entrepreneur Mark Hall to launch MobileOp4, delivering flexible and immediate space solutions to meet the needs of the healthcare industry.

Our Core Values

We aimed to create a life-saving solution for crises. Existing options were insufficient—too limited, costly, and often out of reach. MobileOp4's system quickly converts any standard space into "emergency flex space" using a force multiplier, ensuring essential functions are met while maintaining normal operations. These facilities provide the needed space and functionality for emergencies at a low cost, with an effortless setup.

Leadership Team

Mark Hall

Mark Hall, the President & CEO of MobileOp4, co-founded the company in response to the lack of available technology needed to save lives and provide services relating to, natural disasters, conflicts, rural healthcare voids, remote emergencies, and mass gatherings. With over 40 years of experience, he has held executive leadership roles at Fusion Laboratories, NPact Solutions, Trammell Crow Joint Ventures, and BrightStar Information Technology Group. Mark also co-founded several other public and private enterprises in the technology and commercial development space. He serves on the boards of various public, private and Non Profit organizations. Mark attended Missouri State University majoring in Psychology and Business Management.

Jeff Blankinship

Jeff Blankinship, co-founder of MobileOp4, has over 30 years of experience as a healthcare innovator. He has led successful companies like Surgical Notes and SmartHealth PayCard, focusing on operational excellence and software development. Jeff's expertise spans hospitals, clinics, and specialized care centers. He serves on the board of the Texas Ambulatory Surgery Center Society and holds a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from SMU.

Ric Pearson

As the head of Research and Design at MobileOp4, Ric Pearson brings experience from his role as a Divisional S-3 CBRN liaison in the U.S. Army National Guard, coordinating training and defense strategies. He holds degrees in architecture and environmental design from the University of Houston and interfaces with local and federal agencies, applying his expertise in construction and management.
